The following equipment is mandatory in girls lacrosse: lacrosse stick, mouth guard, protective eyewear, and cleats/sneakers. 

Note: it is best to try on protective eyewear/ goggles prior to the start of practice to ensure a good fit.  There are youth and adult size goggles.
